Torrance Park Completion Due

The Park Beyond the Park, a $25-million office/industrial complex, was due to be completed today in Torrance.
Jerry L. Conrow is developer and general partner of the 2- and 3-story, 2-building project, with underground parking for 300 cars, at 1880 S. Crenshaw Blvd.
Warren Noack of Crown Associates is handling leasing.
