A 24-year-old Laguna Hills man was in serious condition Friday afternoon after his pickup truck flipped over twice, throwing him out, a California Highway Patrol spokesman said.
David Richards was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and taken to Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center after he was found by passers-by, the CHP said.
According to the CHP, Richards was driving north on Moulton Parkway at “a high rate of speed” about 8:20 p.m. Thursday when his truck struck a curb and flipped over twice, throwing him to the pavement.
