WASHINGTON — President Reagan has nominated Col. Barbara A. Goodwin to become the next chief of the Air Force Nurse Corps and promotion to the one-star rank of brigadier general, the Pentagon has announced. Goodwin, 49, is the assistant for nursing services at the Military Airlift Command.
