Sunny Hills’ Huett Is Freeway Softball MVP

Sunny Hills High School’s Amy Huett, who led the Lancers to the Freeway League softball championship, was named the most valuable player by a vote of the league’s coaches.
Huett, a junior, was 8-1 as a pitcher and also had a .364 batting average. She is joined on the first team by teammates Erin McKenney, Terri VanSickle and Laura Shea.
