123 Campers Trapped by Oregon Mudslide

PORTLAND, Ore. — A wall of mud slid down a hillside and blocked the only road into Oxbow Park east of Portland on Sunday, trapping 123 campers. There were no injuries.
Heavy rains saturated the area in recent days, but investigators said they had not determined what caused the hillside to give way.
