Ground-breaking ceremonies for the latest in a new generation of downtown high-rise office buildings, the $75-million Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Corporate Center, will be held Thursday at the project site, a block bounded by Columbia, India, C and B streets.
The 20-story, 344,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be completed in December, 1989. More than half the building has been preleased to tenants, including five law firms.
