In preparation for relocation to new and expanded offices in Los Angeles Corporate Center, Associated General Contractors of California Inc. has sold its Southern California headquarters, 2551 Beverly Blvd., to a Los Angeles investor.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services handled the AGC relocation to new facilities and represented it in the sale of its property. Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer, James Stroud, in the $800,000-plus transaction.
Plans call for AGC to lease back the 7,423-square-foot building for several months until its relocation. Stroud’s law firm will occupy the AGC building after it is remodeled.
