Berkeley police have issued an arrest warrant for Celebration Oberman, the girlfriend of fugitive Enrique Zambrano, who is accused of murdering and dismembering Luis Reyna, his former friend and colleague on the Berkeley Waterfront Commission. Police said they believe that Oberman is an accessory in the escape of Zambrano, 44. Reyna, the commission’s former chairman, was a key witness against Zambrano for the January beating of a UC Berkeley, professor and his wife. Zambrano and Oberman, an appliance saleswoman, were last seen in Berkeley about July 19, the day after Reyna disappeared after allegedly going to meet Zambrano. Reyna’s decapitated, handless body was found by a hiker in the Lafayette hills.
