United Airlines, failing to overturn a ruling giving its nonstop Seattle-Tokyo route to Continental Airlines, said it will stop flying the route March 25 and add an additional San Francisco-Tokyo flight the next day. The discontinuance of the Seattle-Tokyo flight is in accordance with a federal appeals court decision that the lucrative route should be awarded to Continental Airlines.
