Dunahee, Tritons Upset El Toro, 56-49

Jason Dunahee scored 19 points and had 10 rebounds to lead San Clemente High School to a 56-49 upset victory over El Toro in a South Coast League boys’ basketball game Wednesday at San Clemente.
The Tritons (4-10, 1-1) led, 39-34, after three quarters and were ahead by as many as 10 points in the fourth quarter.
El Toro (10-7, 0-2) tied the score at 46 with 2 minutes left. However, Mike Bell made 3 free throws and Bill Hagedorn made 2 in the final minute.
Bell had 7 points and 10 assists. Hagedorn scored 13 points and Brian Reichard had 10.
Rob Johnson scored 17 points for El Toro.
