Irvine developer Nexus USA has moved its headquarters to the former AirCal offices in Newport Beach.
The complex, near Birch and Briston streets, is being redeveloped into offices and retail shops. AirCal was acquired by American Airlines in 1987 and has since moved out.
Nexus says it has about $250 million worth of retail and office projects in Southern California.
