Bush Calls Saudi King

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — President Bush telephoned King Fahd of Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, Saudi Arabian television reported.
The pro-Western Saudi monarch earlier sent a message to Bush congratulating him on his inauguration last Friday. No details of Wednesday’s telephone conversation were released.
