Katell Announces New Phases for Technology Park

The Katell Properties/CalFed Enterprises partnership has announced new phases in the development of the 28-acre Valencia Technology Park, adjacent to Interstate 5 at the California 126 off-ramp and the largest mixed-use park in the Valencia Industrial Center.
Katell/CalFed has completed construction of an $8.7-million manufacturing/distribution facility at the site and will break ground this month and next on two additional projects.
Ground will be broken this month for a $4.5-million, one-story headquarters and manufacturing facility for Paragon Precision Products. A $1.6-million, 23,500-square-foot facility for GG Industries will get under way in February.
