English Church’s Firm Partner in Ontario Project

Deansbank Inc., owned by the Church of England, is a joint-venture partner, along with Leed Properties of Beverly Hills, in the $18.5-million distribution and manufacturing project, Leed Ontario VI, in the California Commerce Center on Dupont Avenue south of Jurupa Street in Ontario.
The first phase of the 41-acre project will consist of three buildings totaling 450,000 square feet. Completion is scheduled for April.
Wells Fargo Realty Finance of Santa Monica, provided $15 million in construction financing. Oltmans Construction Co. of Whittier, is contractor, and Tomislav Gabric of Los Angeles, is the architect.
