Nickelodeon to Build Studio: Viacom Inc. said Nickelodeon, its children’s cable television network, has agreed to build a studio facility at Universal Studios in Florida. Under the terms of the 13-year agreement, Nickelodeon will begin production at the Florida site before the studio and tour attraction open to the public in May, 1990. Universal Studios Florida is a joint venture of MCA and Cineplex Odeon Corp.
