Big West : 49ers Still Hope to Finish Third

Cal State Long Beach’s men’s basketball team, which could finish third, fourth, fifth or sixth in the Big West Conference, closes its regular season tonight at 7:30 against Cal State Fullerton in the 49er gym.
The 49ers, 13-13 overall and 10-7 in the conference, can finish third if they beat the Titans, UC Irvine defeats UC Santa Barbara and Utah State loses to Fresno State.
Fullerton is 14-12 and 9-8.
