Commercial Scene : Ventura Business Site More Than 55% Leased

The recently completed Telemark Business Center in Ventura is more than 55% leased by local firms and tenants from outside the area, “establishing a Ventura market presence for the first time,” according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, which handles leasing.

Ventura Group 7 Associates, managed by Ursa Co. of Woodland Hills, developed the $8-million, 60,842-square-foot project on 4.2 acres bounded by Telephone Road, Market and Donlon streets. H.B. Leydenfrost AIA was the project architect.
