Commercial Scene : L.A. Law Firm Signs $75-Million Lease

In a transaction valued at more than $75 million, the Los Angeles law firm of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger has signed a long-term lease for 120,000 square feet of space on six floors at the 52-story Figueroa at Wilshire office building under construction in downtown Los Angeles. The space is expected to be occupied in September, 1990.
Gerald D. Hines Interests, development manager of the building, represented Mitsui Fudosan (U.S.A.) Inc., the owner/developer, while Julien J. Studley Inc., represented the law firm. Previously announced tenants include Sanwa Bank California and Dean Witter Reynolds Inc.
