Bank of America, San Francisco, has named Senior Vice President Thomas Quigg to head its international private banking business. Quigg, 45, will oversee the 500-person group, which provides investment and trust services for wealthy foreign investors. He succeeds Glen Smith, who has left the bank. Most recently, Quigg was head of world banking group administration.
