Laguna Hills High School students Kate Lockwood and Jennifer Lackey have been named winners of the 1989-90 music scholarships awarded annually by the Richard Rodgers chapter of the Guilds of the Orange County Performing Arts Center.
Lockwood’s award provides her with a two-week session at Idyllwild School of Music and Arts at Idyllwild. Lackey’s award enables her to attend the Berkelee College of Music in Santa Fe, N.M.
