Grumman Expands in Europe: Grumman Corp. is expanding operations in Europe and seeking new partnerships with foreign companies. Grumman International Inc., the defense and aerospace corporation’s foreign subsidiary, is opening a new office in Brussels. Grumman is currently developing a surveillance system called Joint-Stars for the U.S. Air Force and Army, which are jointly evaluating its potential for use in Europe.
