Commitment Strategies Names Subsidiary Chief

Kenneth F. Urbanus has joined Commitment Strategies International as managing director and president of its new subsidiary, CSI Mortgage Inc. In his new position, Urbanus will oversee day-to-day operations and work with financial institutions and investment bankers to develop mortgage products for home builders. Urbanus was formerly president of Sunburst Mortgage Corp. in Newport Beach and was with Sko-Fed Mortgage Corp. for 10 years. Commitment Strategies is an Irvine-based financial services firm.
