Another Victim of Hostile Home Appliances
- Share via
Boy, did (Joseph Bell’s March 24 column on home appliances) hit home! I felt your frustration all the way through.
Bill and I have gotten to the point we hate anything with gears, wheels, tubes or pipes. As you said, trying to get anything repaired is almost impossible, and the attitude of repair people leaves one seething with rage.
We, too, just went through the VCR bit, and three weeks later it is still at the repair shop, and constant excuses why it isn’t finished.
