DOWN & OUT: Newport Beach developer William Lusk, who planned to fly from England to Australia in a vintage aircraft rally, is out of it after aborting a takeoff in France earlier this week. . . . He was unhurt, but his 1942 RAF Tiger Moth, hit by a wind shear, was damaged, said spokesman Thomas Wilck. . . . Lusk expects to return to Orange County next week.
