Drexel to File Plan: Drexel Burnham Lambert Group, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in February, will file a reorganization plan by Nov. 15, according to an agreement reached with its creditors and a federal judge. The firm said it expects its reorganization plan to receive final approval by February, 1991.
