Student Films Set to Air on KCET During July

A program featuring the best in student films from four Los Angeles colleges is airing through Thursday and will air Monday through July 12 on KCET Channel 28 at 11 p.m. The half-hour show, “New Takes--A Showcase of Student Films and Videos,” was developed by UCLA film school alumnus Lynne Kirby, and features short films by students from UCLA, USC, the American Film Institute and CalArts.
