Carl Espy has been named senior vice president, affiliate services, and Leon Leach has been named senior vice president, marketing and administration, for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. Espy, one of the founders of the Costa Mesa-based company, will head the new affiliate services department.

Leach, a 23-year veteran of Prudential, will be responsible for the company’s new marketing and administration activities. He also will succeed Espy as chief financial officer. Leach was previously executive vice president of the residential and relocation services group.
