Fetters, Fraser Angels of Week

Pitchers Mike Fetters and Willie Fraser, who gave strong performances in middle relief, have been named Angels of the Week by The Times’ Orange County Edition.
Fetters earned his first major league victory Saturday by pitching the last two innings of the Angels’ 11-inning, 4-3 victory at Milwaukee.
He also pitched two innings at Cleveland and 1 1/3 innings at Toronto and did not allow an earned run in his three appearances. His ERA has fallen to 3.90.
Fraser pitched five innings Friday, his longest outing in two years, to help the Angels defeat Milwaukee, 9-8, in 16 innings. He also pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings at Toronto and lowered his ERA to 4.60.
A check for $250 in Fetters’ and Fraser’s names will be given to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Orange County.
