THOUSAND OAKS : 2 Men Arrested in Drug Sale to Officer

Two men have been arrested in Thousand Oaks on suspicion of selling $50,000 worth of cocaine to an undercover narcotics detective.
Trinidad Caro, 39, of San Fernando was being held in the Ventura County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics for sale, the sale of narcotics and carrying a loaded firearm, Ventura County Sheriff’s Sgt. Gary Pentis said.
Arnulfo Casillas, 29, of Canoga Park is also being held in the jail in lieu of $200,000 bail on suspicion of possessing narcotics for sale and the sale of narcotics, Pentis said.
Deputies arrested Caro and Casillas at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 3900 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard, where the men sold a pound of cocaine to the undercover officer, Pentis said.
Deputies then searched Casillas’ house and found $45,000 in cash in the attic.
