Pit Bull Kills Infant Girl

CHICAGO — A 6-month-old girl was killed by a neighbor’s pit bull as the infant slept in her bedroom, police said. Tionna Kenny was bitten on the head, neck and arms by the dog, whose owner apparently was caring for the child Wednesday, police said. Animal control officials said the dog will be destroyed.
