Tile entries, fireplaces, private balconies and views of the Hollywood Hills are some of the amenities at Manhattan Villas, a 19-unit condominium and townhouse development that opens this weekend in Los Angeles.
The units have two or three bedrooms, two to 2 1/2 baths and 1,000 to 1,500 square feet of living space. Prices range from $152,900 to $224,900, with move-ins expected to begin Oct. 1.
Common areas include a courtyard, lobby and subterranean, gated garage. Monthly homeowners dues are about $121 a month.
The project was developed by Lewis Mishreki & Associates. It’s open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday through Tuesday at 102 S. Manhattan Place. Tarzana Townhomes
The 14-unit Cape project by Rigney Development Group opens this weekend at 18854 Hatteras St. in Tarzana.
The townhouses are designed in a Cape Cod style with three floor plans that have three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a bonus area. Shared amenities include pool and spa.
Units vary in size from 2,539 to 2,662 square feet and prices range from $355,950 to $359,950, with a homeowner’s monthly fee of $165.33. The project is open today, noon to 5 p.m., and during the same hours on Monday, Friday and on weekends.
