Prescription for Fast-Track Parents

In “Fast-Track Childhoods” (Sept. 2), Dr. Laura Fox complains that she feels guilt and is torn with her choice of fast-track parenting.
Her diagnosis is that “women have no role models.” Of course they do, but is the absentee parent really the role model she looks for? I hope Dr. Fox listens to her conscience and puts her kids away from her career.
