The NCAA infractions committee will hold a hearing Sunday with University of Illinois officials at NCAA headquarters in Overland Park, Kan. It will be the second involving university officials and the committee regarding Illinois’ basketball program, university spokeswoman Judy Rowan said. A decision was expected this month after an Aug. 12-13 hearing into major accusations concerning the recruitment of Deon Thomas and LaPhonso Ellis.
