According to the “1990 Information Please Almanac,” the sheik of Kuwait received $4.5 billion in profits from oil in 1984. In terms we can understand, this would be equal to $1 million a year for 4,500 years. Most of us would financially be very happy to live the rest of our lives on $1 million.
