Delta Plans L.A.-Hong Kong Flights: Delta Air Lines will begin flights between Los Angeles and Hong Kong next year--its first Pacific flights from a West Coast airport other than Portland, Ore. Beginning May 7, the Atlanta-based carrier will offer three L.A.-to-Hong Kong round trips a week, with a stop in Alaska.
