Art in the City: Artists for Life, an arts group that supports AIDS programs, sponsors “Art in the City,” a benefit at L.A.’s Vertigo nightclub on Sunday at 7 p.m. The program showcases work by new and established L.A. artists, including Robert M. Kalafut, Kyle Pearce and Robin Cousins. Kalafut will create a piece on stage for raffle at the end of the evening. Proceeds will be split among three AIDS charities, and tickets are available to the public.
