The Management Game: If brokers are having to work harder for business in this slow real estate market, so are developers. One thing they’re doing is turning more to managing other people’s buildings.
The latest wrinkle is a marriage between the Wolff Co., an Irvine developer, and the Seeley Co., a Los Angeles broker. The two formed a new company to manage commercial buildings and apartments in the West.
Thomas U. Wall is president of the new partnership, called the Seeley/Wolff Property Management Co., which is headquartered in Irvine. Wall had been senior vice president at Wolff in charge of operations and property management.
