The parents of a 12-year-old girl found locked in a filthy, bug-infested closet were arraigned on charges of felony child endangerment. Joseph Sauceda, 33, was also charged with inflicting corporal punishment on a child, a felony. A municipal judge entered pleas of not guilty for Sauceda and his wife Sandra, 31, who remain in San Bernardino County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail each. Their daughter, who police say was confined periodically for 10 years, is in an emergency foster home.
