Zsa Zsa’s Husband Sues TV Company: Frederick Von Anhalt, husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, sued Euro T.V. 1 Inc. of California alleging that it breached a contract to hire him as host of a new TV show. The Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit, which also names the firm’s owners, Bernard Hess and Norbert Schreiber, said Von Anhalt entered a written contract Feb. 27 with Euro T.V. Vice President Udo Neuschaefer in which he agreed to host 26 episodes of a new program, including repeat broadcasts and an option for 26 more, for a total of $377,000. The company allegedly sent him a letter March 30 saying Neufschaefer, who has since resigned, had no authority to enter the contract and they would not honor it. The suit seeks special damages of $377,000 plus interest and unspecified general and punitive damages. (Case No. BC014065. Filed Nov. 1, 1990)
