Frankie Edwards scored 23 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Cal State Long Beach to a 110-83 victory over Taby, a Swedish professional team, in an exhibition game Saturday in the university gym.
The 49ers, playing for the first time under Coach Seth Greenberg, forced 33 turnovers.
Lucious Harris had 22 points for Long Beach and Kevin Cutler added 17. Peter Oscarson scored 26 points for Taby.
