Roh Leaving for Moscow

SEOUL — South Korean President Roh Tae Woo leaves today for the Soviet Union to cement a new friendship that ended decades of enmity. The two countries established full relations in September in a diplomatic coup for Roh, who says friendship with the once hostile nations of the former Communist Bloc could force archenemy North Korea into reform.
