U.S. Ruling on Scholarships

It is significant that it was a black man who made the recent education department decision prohibiting the award of scholarships solely on the basis of race. To prove their devotion and loyalty to the conservative cause, such individuals sometime become even more zealous and dogmatic than their white conservative counterparts, to the detriment of those of their own race.
Pity the poor black man who gets in their way.
