Disclosure Inc. Will Buy Bechtel Unit: Disclosure Inc. said it has agreed in principle to acquire Bechtel Information Services Inc. from San Francisco-based Bechtel Corp. Terms of the agreement, which is scheduled to close in early January, were not disclosed. Bechtel Information Services, headquartered in Gaithersburg, Md., supplies to the public copies of reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by public corporations. Bechtel also operates reference room facilities at various SEC offices.
