A Spring Valley man died Friday afternoon when he fell from his motorcycle while riding off-road, police said.
The man, whose name was not released pending notification of kin, may have broken his neck in the accident near California 905 and Otay Mesa Road, police said. He had been riding up a hill when he fell from the cycle, which landed on top of him, police said. He was wearing a helmet but no other protective gear, police said.
