Tear Him Up: With Israelis staying home at night because of the possibility of an Iraqi Scud attack, the Golan Globus theater chain in Tel Aviv has started an anti-Saddam gimmick to lure customers. The group is printing portraits of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein on the back of ticket stubs. “Saddam is doomed to be torn apart,” says a caption above the perforation line that runs square through the Iraqi leader’s nose.
