The trials to select a U.S. synchronized swimming team for the 1992 Summer Olympics will be held at the Amateur Athletic Foundation Rose Bowl Aquatic Center, said David Simon, president of the Los Angeles Sports Council.
The winning bid was the only one to offer an outdoor venue for the trials, which are scheduled for April 2-5, 1992. About 50 swimmers are expected to participate in solo and duet competitions.
