Livingston Buys Keye/Donna/Pearlstein: After months of negotiations, much of the Los Angeles agency Keye/Donna/Pearlstein was purchased for an undisclosed price by Seattle-based Livingston & Co. The newly formed firm, Livingston & Keye, will post combined billings of $75 million. Paul Keye will serve as chairman and executive creative director and Roger Livingston is the president and chief executive.
