General on the VCR: ABC News announced Monday that a special home video program called “Schwarzkopf: How the War Was Won” will be available in video stores next week. The video will feature the military briefing in which Gen. H. Norman Schwarzkopf explained the tactics used in the War. His account will be introduced by Peter Jennings and supplemented with analysis by ABC News’ military experts Tony Cordesman and Lt. Gen. Bernard E. Trainor. The video will sell for $19.98.
