Wildflower Walkabout

From April 6 to 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Earthside Nature Center will conduct its annual Wildflower Walkabouts. Their two-acre garden may even have the best wildflower show in the state this dry year. You will see California wildflowers from the coast, mountains and deserts all in one place. Author-naturalists Elna Bakker and Kevin Connelly will make appearances. Seeds, plants and books will be for sale. Earthside Nature Center, 3160 E. Del Mar Ave., Pasadena.
