Pasadena : Meetings on Trash Pickup

Five public meetings have been scheduled to inform residents about the city’s curbside automated trash collection.
The service is being expanded April 29 to 16,000 households, 60% of those served by the city. Monthly trash rates--$21.62 for basic back yard collection and $15.52 for curbside collection--will remain the same.
The meetings will be:
* April 1 at 7:30 p.m. at Pasadena High School, 2925 E. Sierra Madre Blvd.
* April 2 at 7:30 p.m. at Longfellow Elementary School, 1065 E. Washington Blvd.
* April 6 at 9 a.m. at the Madrid Room in Brookside Park, 1133 Rosemont Ave.
* April 6 at 10:30 a.m. at Madison Elementary School, 515 Ashtabula St.
* April 8 at 7:30 p.m. at Jefferson Elementary School, 1500 E. Villa St.
